Introduction

Unlike the use of high throughput methods in compound discovery and early pharmacology, mechanisation of formulation requires the integration of an extremely wide range of physical processes. The task of the formulator is constantly changing between projects, so that equipment and informatics must be extremely flexible. This second meeting will consider recent progress.
