Using Dynamic Enrollment Management to Reduce Enrollment Cycle Time Variance

30 October 2007, United States

Introduction
High enrollment cycle time variance is a term used to describe an enrollment process that does not perform consistently relative to enrollment plans. This variability results in missed schedule milestones, over- or under-budgeting of trials and workforce, and the perception that the planning process is flawed. This webinar will examine the root causes of our inability to control enrollment cycle time variability and deadline delays and why better planning and site selection cannot address them
